About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Norwegian.I am flying to New Zealand via Hong Kong and returning to Norway via Shanghai.

Do I need a transit visa for these two flights?

No one is required to Hong Kong. For the transit via Shanghai, it is not required too if the stopover is less than 72 hours with confirmed ticket for leaving.
