About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

can my daughter applies for the Family L that is valid for a year?

I am a filipino citizen, married to a chinese citizen, and have lived in Beijing for more than 5 years. My daughter who is under 18 came to visit me in Beijing, she was given and L which is valid for 30 days at the chinese embassy in Philippines. Hers is about to expires now, I am so worried that I can't extend her stay here. Thanks

You can extend her L at Beijing PSB without leaving. Her birth certificate is required which as I know should be authenticated by Chinese embassy/consulate in Philippines. It is possible for her to get a one year or even longer validity if she is under 18 years old.
