need help for certificate

I want to certificate my degree certificate because university want know if it's a good paper or if it's right. But i don't know how?   thanks

Hi, you need to ask your Foreign Affairs Ministry to authorize it first. Then you can bring it to the Chinese embassy in your country to attest it again.
