Bus ChangSha to Guangzhou by 22 August 2013. Can Take a Bus? Is train Service down?

I need to travel from CS to GZ to catch a flight back to my country. I heard the train service between CS to GZ is down. Is is true? Can I take an alternative transport. Like a bus to Guangzhou from CS. How long is the journey? What time is the schedule leaving CS?
