my family plan to travel to Harbin in end of Jan2014, we plan to buy our winter jacket and shoe and other accessary in Harbin, please recommend some shops that we can buy and how to keep ourself warm in the serve winter? how to choose winter cloth? thank you

It would never be difficult to buy winter clothes in Harbin at that time. The Golden Sun shopping plaza at Central Street is a good choice for you. The clothes there generally are in relatively good quality. Besides, the Jin'an shopping mall, and central shopping malls at the street are also worth a try. Aside from winter jacket (down jacket), gloves, masks and scarves of good quality are most needed as well.
