Hi,I'm suppose to go to guangzhou today (16 August 2013) but the process cannot be proceed because i don't have it.so i have to apply first before changing my flight schedule. can i know the duration of it to be proceeded ?

Regular processing takes 4 working days. That is to say, you can get it back on the fourth working day of application.

can i apply for urgent service ? when to request for it ? is there any different process ? thank you

Yes, you can use rush (1 to 2 working days) or express services (3 working days) and the service fee will be charged.
