i have L visa. i want to extend it first if possible change it to work Z. Please tell me how?

Hi, it is possible to extend L, but you have to provide financial support about RMB 21,000 for a 30 day one. Currently, to change L to Z is impossible. If you want to work there, you have to apply for a work Z type directly from Chinese embassy in Nepal.
