We have planned to visit HK disneyland and ocean park from Oct 11-Oct 16. Is it the right time?

Yes, it shall be fine to go for the trip then. It would still be hot, so take your summer clothes as well as a light jacket. In case of rainy days, simple rainy gear or umbrella is necessary as well.
