When is the wolfberry/goji berry festival in Ningxia?

We are planning to travel to Ningxia and we are interested in going to the goji berry festival if it will be on while we're there. We can't find any information about when it is - does anyone know? Do you have any other information about where it is specifically, and what happens at the festival?
