Visa F 3 months for foreigner:

Am Tunisian and I would like to apply for "F" 3 months single entry when I visit Kuala Lumpur. I have the letter of invitation from the CN company. Is it possible to apply in KL?

I am afraid not unless you are a resident there. You are suggested to apply in your home country.
