About:Chinese Embassy in Cambodia

Greek passport holder wanting a 6 month business visa for China.

Hello. I can present an invitation letter from a Chinese company but now with the new regulations i don't know if that is enough. I tried to call the embassy in Pnom Penh but in vain. I plan to visit the embassy to inquire more details one of the following days but if someone knows valid information i would appreciate it. Thank you!

The invitation letter from the Chinese company is ok, but you should better prepare a personal written statement (covering letter with details as follows: place to visit, name, address and contact number of the inviting / contact company or person).

Thank you Tony, the cover letter is a great idea. After my visit to the embassy today i found out that with my application i need to present an invitation letter, my passport, 3 photos, plane tickets (or reservations) for entering and leaving the country, proof that i can support myself financially during my stay, an address (hotel reservation or house lease) and a detailed schedule of my everyday life activities when in China. I was misinformed that the new Chinese immigration law requires all nationalities to only be able to apply at the embassy of their own country. I'm glad this in not the case. I'll let you know about the application process.
