About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hi, I am a national of Kyrgyzstan. Can i apply for Chinese working visa in Hong Kong?

Hi, I am a national of Kyrgyzstan. If to believe your article, i cannot apply for Chinese working Z in Hong Kong? Is it still true for my country?
