Which bus route should I take from the Ramada hotel Caobao road to 718 Gu Mei road in Shanghai?

Hi, bus no. 171 and 757 will help.
By bus no. 171, you need to walk to Caobao Road, Guiping Road to catch the bus and get off at Gumei Road, Gulong Road. Then walk to your destination.
By bus no. 757, walk to Hongmei Road, Caobao Road to take the bus and get off at Hongmei Road, Gudai Road. Then walk there.
Actually, it is within 3km between the two destinations. You can take a taxi to reach easily.1
