subway: pudong airport to everbright hotel (66 caobao rd), do i need to change platform

Question

Going soon to Shanghai and I want to take the metro from Pudong airport to go to my hotel (Everbright) on Caobao rd.I know I need to take Line 2, then at People's Square change to line 1  south and get off at Caobao station.I was there 3 years ago and I seem to recall I had to change platform somewhere to stay on line 2.Can someone tell me if that it still the case or not? If so at what station do I need to jump platform to get to People's Square?thanks

First, take the Metro Line 2 (East Extension Section) at airport station and get off at Gunglan Road Station to change for the Metro Line 2(To Xujing East) on the opposite platform at the same station. It is very convenient and easy to make a transfer so you don’t worry too much.
