Chinese Visa for an Italian in Poland !

Hi !
It's Anto from Italy, im travelling around Europe and next i like to go to China for turism reasons, so im guessing do can i reach a Tourist L in Poland even if im italian citizen, so i dont need to go back to Italy? Would be the same fares you show for polish ?
Would also possible same day or 1 working day ?
