About:China Embassy in Sri Lanka

Invitation letter letter is not sufficient to get the VISA for first issuance.

Sir, I am hoping to travel China on Business Tour through my Company in Kandy. I have already got the Red Seal invitation letter from our Supplier. But I come to understand that this document (Red Seal) may not enough, Is it true. Please clerify.

You may also need to provide a covering letter, and financial support like a bank statement. Anyway, you are suggested to contact the embassy directly for details: TEL:+0094-11-2676658
