booking trains

Question

Dears, I tried to book trains from Beijing to Zhangjiajie and back from 22.9. and 26.9., I have got an info about price, I filled up all fields, ym passport number, address of hotel to where deliver tickets, but I didn´t get still any confirmation about this order, order number or payment conditions. Can you help me with this? I don´t know, if this order is valid or I should do it again. I tried it maybe two weeks ago.thank youBets regardsPetra Marvanová
