About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

A Canadian wants a Chinese tourist visa but I am in Ireland. How do I get one?

I am a Canadian in Ireland but want to now travel to China. Do I go through the Chinese Embassy in Calgary who will then communicate with the Embassy in Ireland so that I may get one for China?

I am afraid that you may not get it in Ireland. According to Chinese embassy in Ireland, non-Irish people are required to apply in their own country except they have the work or resident permits in Ireland.
