Can she apply for the Tourist Visa again?

Hello! my sister visited us here in Beijing on a L type (from May to July...we renew it twice), then she went back to the Philippines. We are hoping to bring her back again (in October) on a L again, is it possible for her to apply for a L again?

Yes, she can apply for a new L again. If she comes to visit you, she should apply for a S2 type. Then a kinship certificate is needed. If she comes for travel, she needs to apply for a L.

Thanks for the reply! i guess this S2 type is a new rule, do you know how long she can stay here with us in Beijing on S2 type and if it's possible to renew it again just like before? and yes she is coming to visit us again.
