Is there an express train from Changsha to shanghai and how many hours is the journey?

Do you refer to the T-trains?
If so, I am afraid that there is no such kind of train between.
As far as I know, there are five trains between the cities. There are K-trains (fast trains): K135/K138, K534/K535 and K1374/K1375. There is one D-train, D107/D106 and one G-train, G578/K575.0
