how to go from pudong to hongqiao airport

Question

I arrive in PVG and have to transfer to Hongqiao in order to continue to Beijing.I would like to know how is the easiest/cheapest way.I have 3 hours in between.Many thanks

Well, three hours are too tight for your transit between the two airports. If possible, you'd better change your plane. Anyway, the cheapest way should be to take local subway line 2 to HQ directly, which costs 8RMB and takes almost 2 hours. By shuttle bus line 1 to travel between, it takes around an hour.
