About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

How many people have used the 72hr visa already?

I am from the Dutch News agency and I would like to know how many people used the 72hr visa already since january 1st in Beijing and Shanghai.

Hi, it is hard to get this data as a non-officials of the airport. But I read a news that from Jan. to mid May, there were over 3,800 passengers who enjoyed this free transit in Shanghai. I have no idea about Beijing or Guangzhou.
