About:Shenzhen Attractions

Travel to Shenzhen - Zhuhai - Guangzhou for 6 days

We will reach SZ Baoán Int'l Airport on 26/10/13 at 10.30am and leave from Guangzhou Baiyun Int'l Airport on 1/11/13 1.15am.
Can anyone advise me the best ways/prices for the followings:
1. Transport from Baoán Int'l airport to Metropark Hotel.
2. Is the Metro Park Hotel nice and how about the location? Nearby Dongmen Market which nice shopping area?
3. Any nice Cantonese food/ yum cha with good low budget around that area?
4. Where is the good lower budget to stay, easy catch transportation and the best shopping place at Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Guangzhou?
5. Any attractions/ food must go and try at these 3 places? Location/transport (how to get there).
6. Any tips for us?

Two methods are suggested for you to reach your hotel.
The first one is to take the airport shuttle bus 330 to reach its terminal at Luohu and then take a taxi to each your hotel directly.
The second one is to take the local subway Luobao Line to reach Laojie Station where you can change to Longgang Line to reach Shaibu. Get out of the station from Exit A3, you can easily see the your hotel.

Your hotel locates at a very convenient place, just near the Dongmen area. The nice Cantonese food can be found at the Dongmen area, so please do not worry about it.

In both Guangzhou and SZ, the local subway system is very convenient and can take you to most of the places. In SZ, the best places for shopping is the Dongmen area, while in Guangzhou, Beijing Road is the best best. In Zhuhai, it is suggested to live near Gongbei area.

In SZ, the Window of the World and Splendid China cannot be missed. In Guangzhou, the Pearl River, the Yuexiu Park and Shamian Island are worth seeing.

Guangzhou has a lot of snacks and you can go to Shangxiajiu Pedestrain Street is the best place to taste most of them. In SZ, taxi is not suggested, because the fare is so high.

The intercity trains between Guangzhou South Railway Station and Zhuhai Railway Station is highly recommended.
