About:China Visa on Arrival

What countries are allowed or given VOA upon entry to China

can India passport (w/ Permanent Residence in Singapore ) avail of VOA for Business meeting

The VOA for Shenzhen just allows the applicant to stay in Shenzhen for five days at most. They can't go to any other cities. If you are for a business trip, I suggest you apply for a F type one.
