About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay
Being told to leave the country, F Visa was extended once, daughter flying in this week from USA.
We travelled from USA with F type for me and L type for my wife. We planned on getting a permanent work permit and residence, but the process has taken so long and we extended our 30 day once, when we went back fro second extension they said no, we must leave the country. We must leave by Aug 4th. Our daughter and niece is flying in from USA to visit us, but now looks like we must leave China. We want to know if it is possible for us to receive a 30 day L one from HK to allow us to stay during the my daughters visit given our circumstance. We are both Canadians. I would appreciate any help or direction to who may talk to get advise.
