visa for polish nationals currently in Manila

Hello sirs. We are a Polish citizens traveling for a longer period, and China is our next destination. We are currently in Manila and would like to obtain it here. Can you assist with this. We have our flight booked already for 14th August (one way),and we are going to visit friend if ours in Shanghai and she can send us an invitation if needed. Any help would be much appreciated.
