About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

10 hours transit

I am visiting Changsa (via Guangzhou) for a week. Then i fly to taiwan from Changsha for a week.

I will return to Australia from Taiwan, but my plane will go to Guangzhou and then change flight from Guanghzou to Sydney. I have about 10 hours in GZ but will not depart the airport.

I hold two tickets: Sydney / Guanghzou / Sydney and
Changsha / Taiwan / Guangzhou.

I know i will definately need 1 visa for my arrival to Guangzhou from Sydney, do i need another one on my return to Sydney from Taiwan via Guanghzou??

No, it is not necessary if the stopover is less than 72 hours in Guangzhou. This 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou will be on operation from August 1st, 2013.
