About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Temporary resident visa

Hi, I want to setup a JV biz in Shenzhen and want to apply for this kind: temp resident. Is it possible? Should I use an agent? Who do you recommend?

Hi, you should apply for an M type for this purpose. Invitation letter is required. You can apply directly from CVASC or consulate according to your place of residence.

Temporary residence permit is issued to long-term visa (student X, work Z, etc) holders after entry. So, I don't think you can apply for this.
