From your hotel, you can walk to Fortress Hill Station to take the Island Line to reach Central Station. Get out of the station from Exit J2, you can follow the direction boards to reach Garden Road, where you can find the Peak Tram Station. Take it, you can reach the peak and see the Madame Tussauds and the Sky Terrace. Then you can walk to Hong Kong Station from Central Station to take Tung Chung Line to reach Tung Chung Station. Then you can change to take Ngong Ping 360 to reach Ngong Ping. Then take the Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station to change to Tsuen Wan Line to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station, from there you can walk to reach the Start of Avenue and go to see the Symphony of Lights.
Day 2, you can use the method in day 1 to take the Tung Chung Line to reach Sunny Bay Station where you can find the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland.
Day 3, you can take the Island Line to reach Admiralty Station. Then walk to reach Admiralty West to take bus 629 to reach the Ocean Park.
Day 4, you can take the Island Line to reach Sheung Wan Station and then walk to reach HK Macau Ferry Terminal to take the ferry for M.
Day 5, you can take the Island Line to reach Central Station where you can change to Tsuen Wan Line to reach Tsim Sha Tsui area for shopping.
