Chinese Currency

Is it better to take Australian Dollars and convert to RMB during our trip in September 2013? Conversion is around 5.5 but what fees apply? OR is it better to convert to RMB before traveling to China? Thanks.

Either can be Ok. Generally, you can easily find the banks or curreny exchange centers at China international airport. Thefefore, no need to get worried. And I heard you may need to pay some service fee for each sum of money exchange.
