first time to china, need a double entry visa ? what shall i do ?

I will be in Hong Kong for a week from August 22-August 29 for a part of my MBA including one day tour in some factories in Chenzen on August 27 , 2013. After finishing my MBA week, am intending to fly to Zhangjiagang for three days to meet with four suppliers for a recycling business. i even applied for VIP one-stop service to aid me with the suppliers.  All my reservations , flights,accomodations have been confrimed. I have invitations for both events. Hence can you please advise ASAP.

Hey, a double entry is needed since you come to mainland two times. But I am not sure if you can get it since you come to visit for the first time. Don't worry, it won't be a problem if you just get a single entry one. You can apply for another one via the travel agency in HK if you get a single entry one.

In my opionion, you can get a VOA for the first entry of the day tour to Shenzhen at Luohu port. Then a single entry is enough for your visit to Zhangjiagang. Anyway, it is ok for you to apply for a double entry one this time if you have already booked hotels and flights showing your need of two entries.

Sorry but what do you mean by getting a VOA for the first entry of the day daour to Shenzen ?

VOA means Visa on Arrival issued at Shenzhen Luohu border. However, I am not sure if you get this or not. So just apply for a double entry directly to avoid any trouble.
