Are there any shuttle or bus services to take us into Hong Kong for shopping sight seeing?

You can take bus A21 to reach the Tsim Sha Tsui area for a short visit. Or you can take the airport express to reach Central area for shopping and sightseeing. Since you only have about 9 hours, it is suggested to take the airport express.
