About:Hong Kong Travel

I am traveling in a group of 16, will have a 9 hour layover Aug 15 starting at 3:00 p.m. at HKIA?

Are there any shuttle or bus services to take us into Hong Kong for shopping sight seeing?

You can take bus A21 to reach the Tsim Sha Tsui area for a short visit.
Or you can take the airport express to reach Central area for shopping and sightseeing.
Since you only have about 9 hours, it is suggested to take the airport express.
