About:China Visa Fees

How long in china can I stay on a tourist visa or visit relative/family visa?

I am an Australian citizen and I have relatives there. I'm wondering what is the maximum length can I stay for on a tourist L or a visit family/relative L.

I also intend to volunteer there which means not getting paid for work and not paying taxes and not gaining profit, so I don't think I would need a work Z type, unless I am paid by the company which I am not.

Thanks

Hello Chris,

If you take a L, you may able to stay for 30 - 60 days accordingly. Family Visit type is totally different, If you have married a Chinese person, first time when you want to apply for family visit one they will provide you 6 months multiple entry.
