Apply for both tourist and business visa at the same time?

I need to go to China for 2 weeks for business in September, but I also have a personal vacation there planned in November. Is it possible to apply for both a business and a tourist L at the same time? Do I submit two application forms separately? Thanks in advance,

No, you can not have two types at the same time. If you will visit twice times, you can try to apply for a double entry business F directly. Generally, a double entry one is valid for 6 months with 30, 60 days or more as duration of each entry.
