31 days independent train travel in centraleastern china

Question

I am planning to travel independently around central and eastern China.  I am intending to do this by a combination of train journeys, starting and ending in Shanghai.  I plan to use C,D,G,K,T and other trains. How can I best book the seats/sleepers, preferably before I leave Australia.  How do I best receive the tickets.

To book the tickets, you could try on this site. They could deliver all the tickets to you before you leave. But it seems that they couldn't ship the tickets to Austrialia.
