About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Tourist visa application in Vancouver instead of going to San Francisco

I'm a legal resident in US and living in Seattle. I plan to visit for tourism. I was wondering if I can just land cross the US-Canada borders to apply for tourist visa to China? Thank you!!!

No, you can only apply from Chinese consulate in San Francisco if you reside in Seattle.
