About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Flying London to New Zealand via Shanghai Pudong

We are in transit only a few hours and won't leave the airport. Do we have to get any type of transit visa/paperwork when arriving at Shanghai airport (or prior to arrival)?

No, it is not necessary. Just show your passport and flight ticket for this transit.
