The trains leave LJ at 08:26, 17:00 and 20:00. The train ticket is 35RMB for the hard seat and the hard sleep's price is 71 to 79RMB.
The LJ Railway Station is in Shangji Village, Nankou District, Yulong County. There is train station in Shangri-la.
The KM Railway Station is located at the south part of Beijing Road. It is suggested to book the tickets in advance and you can book online. As I know, TravelChinaGuide.com provide this kind of service and you can find some on its website.
