going so far from the usa we want to take advantage of being in China and seeing the Great wall. What city do we go to to see it and can we book flights within china from usa to get there? what other sights should we not miss while we are there?

If you want to see the Great Wall, Beijing is the best city that you need to go. You can of course book the flight tickets with China from USA online. In Beijing, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, the Summer Palace and the Hutong areas cannot be missed.
