About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

hi i am traveling from delhi to russia via china and i have 13 hours of halt in beijing , so my question is how to travel from terminal 2 to terminal 3 without having china transit visa.

You can take airport free terminal shuttle bus to travel from T2 to T3.
