About:Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria

Do bulgarians need a tourist visa if they are doing an internship for 5 months

And are the fees free also?

Yes, they need to apply in advance with invitation letter from the company, and it is free of charge.

Hi Dean, as I know, tourist L is for tourism only, if you are visiting for internship, the correct type should be F. An invitation letter from the said company is required. Sorry for the late reply.
