Re 1 whole day visa for Macao trip

Hi im Zhelle! Me and my friend will be going to Hk on jul22-26!
Our itenerary is july22-25 s n Hk and kuly25-26 in zhenshen! But we want to go to Macau on july 24.
Can we go there for 1 whole day tour? Are we allowed to have VOA on that day for daily tour! My friend s US passport while me is Philippine passport.
