I am 70 and have worked in a Canadian school in china in which I am a partner. for 9 years.

I was able to get a work visa until this year. I provide management skills to the business. Is there anyway, as a business owner, I can get it, I am married to a Chinese woman, we have a son in a Canadian university.

So, you hold a business F now? or a family visit L? Personally, I think it is ok for you to stay on any of the said types as a business owner if you have Chinese family.
