i was born 5 jan '91 and my girfriend 12 feb '90 suddenly we are not toghter anymore, never cheated ..

the only thing i've done wrong maybe is i didn't give her much attention .. i tried to make it good .. i did all my best .. somewhere far she still love me but its like she's acting like she don't need me ...
my question is is there a chance we could be togheter again ?
