Bus from Kunming to Dali- which terminal is more convinient & well organised?

Where do I suppose to take my bus from Kunming to DL ? Some say there are buses depart from South Bus Terminal located somewhere near Kunming Railway Station (Beijing Rd) and some say buses depart from West Bus Terminal are more organized. Any suggestions ?
