My parcel says Unsuccessful delivery. My tracking number is RA058305496CN.

Parcel says Unsuccessful delivery, it came 2 days ago to the border, then it says dispatching and now Unsuccessful delivery. It was definitely not brought to my home, a friend of mine had the same problem he never recieved the parcel, two month later he got a letter that the parcel was destroyed. Will this happen to me too?
