I have Ireland passport and wish to visit shanghai for business under a very short notice by factory

I have just been asked by the factory in Yixing to visit them for an emergency decision for the export of goods from China to UK. and I need to fly to SH next week urgently. My Chinese visa has expired since May this year. Will I be able to obtain a 5 days visa on arrival in SH PUDONG airport?
