I'm thinking of travelling from London to Auckland in December and would have a longish layover

As far as I know, only the VIP lounges have showers. If you can have the chances to enter there, you can have showers for free. Otherwise, you may need to find a hotel nearby to have shower.

Google  premium plaza lounge for GZ.I was there late last year and they were doing a fit out .should be ready now   cheers pete
