Chinese Visa for New Zealand Passport in San Francisco

Hi.

I need to urgently get my Chinese Business F. Can I get this through the San Francisco Consulate with a New Zealand Passport!?

It is ok, but you need to provide your valid visa in USA or other proof of residence there.
