About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Do I need to have our marriage certificate authorized, and notarized ?

I have a work visa and my husband would like to accompany me as a family member for 5 months.How do I arrange for this?Do I need to have our marriage certificate ( from Quebec) authorized and notarized for the Chinese Embassy?Can I send it by mail or have it done through a notary/lawyer?

No, it is not necessary. It is required only for a foreign spouse of a Chinese citizen who got mrriage certificate from outside of China.
